Question 1

Does Indohelper recruit or supply Indonesian helpers?

Accepted Answer

No. Indohelper does not recruit helpers. We coordinate the entire Indonesia-side processing (documents, medical, passport, domestic travel, and departure) for Singapore employers who have already selected their helper.

Question 2

What documents are required for direct hire processing on the Indonesia side?

Accepted Answer

Core documents include the helper's KTP (identity card), Kartu Keluarga (family card), birth certificate, family consent letter stamped by the village head, and a valid Indonesian passport.

Question 3

How long does the Indonesia-side passport and medical processing take?

Accepted Answer

Passport processing typically takes 7–14 working days at regional immigration offices, while medical check-ups at approved screening clinics are usually arranged within 2–3 working days.
