3. When You Visit Indohelper.com

You may browse most of the site without submitting personal information. We do not require website visitors to provide passport information, medical information, identity documents, or helper processing documents merely to browse the website.

Technical infrastructure may receive an IP address, browser and device details, operating system, request date and time, accessed resources, security logs, and related technical information for operation, cybersecurity, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.

4. When You Contact Indohelper

We may receive information you voluntarily provide, including your name, contact details, company or agency name, service interest, case information, and communication contents. We use it to respond, understand requirements, prepare quotations, provide support, follow up, and communicate about a case. Avoid sending sensitive documents unless necessary and requested through an appropriate channel.
